What is Alonzo?
A volunteer mentorship program run by American engineers working in big tech. We help Korean students who want to build careers at companies like Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple — through personal mentorship and a local community.
1-on-1 mentorship
Monthly 1:1 video calls with an American big-tech engineer, focused on your goals and the concrete steps to get there.
Local community
Monthly in-person meetups near SNU campus to meet other students, ask questions, and watch presentations; hosted by a local mentor.

Guidance tailored to landing roles at Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple — recruiting, interviews, and what to do right now.
Today, 9 mentors support 15 students from Seoul National University, Korea University, Yonsei University, and Chung-Ang University.
